K.1 Foreword: Handelshuset Vilhelm Hansens Eftf. was established in 1883 and has since provided chemicals and raw materials to a wide range of customers in the business and public sectors.

With the increasing demands and expectations for quality from our customers, Handelshuset Vilhelm Hansens Eftf. decided to introduce a quality management system in October 1994. The ISO 9002 quality management system is designed to continuously meet our quality objectives and policies, which ensure that we:

  • Deliver what we promise and thus achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • Have satisfied and motivated employees
  • Have an optimally composed product range
  • Are a healthy company with acceptable financial results

This has created the foundation for Handelshuset Vilhelm Hansens Eftf. and its dedicated employees to reach these goals. We are confident that with our quality management system, as described in this quality manual, we will achieve our objectives and thus keep our promises to our customers.
